Ingredients :


  • 2 cups basmati rice   
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin organic olive oil   
  • 1 cup onion; diced   
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin   
  • 1 lb. baby spinach   
  • 2 tablespoons garlic; minced   
  • Lemon zest of just one lemon   
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth   
  • 4 tablespoons fresh dill; chopped   
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper   
  • Salt; to taste

Greek Basmati Rice recipe

Preparation:  


  1. Select the *Meat/Chicken* mode for your Power Pressure Cooker XL and hang up for fifteen minutes.   
  2. Add the oil and chicken on the heating pot. Stir cook until brown.   
  3. Stir in mushrooms, garlic and onions. Cook for 3 minutes.   
  4. Add every one of the remaining Ingredients on the cooking pot.   
  5. Secure the lid and turn pressure to achieve success knob about the closed position.   
  6. Once done; release pressure completely and take from the lid. Serve warm.
