Ingredients :
- 2 red sweet peppers; seeded and chopped
- 8 bacon slices; chopped
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 small yellow onion; chopped
- 4 garlic cloves; minced
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 4 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 (7.1 oz.) cup sugar-free fire roasted tomatoes
- 4 oz. sugar-free tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Freshly ground black pepper; to taste
Preparation:
- Select the *Beans/Lentils* setting for the Power Pressure Cooker XL for a half-hour.
- Add the bacon towards heating pot. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Transfer the bacon to your plate.
- Add onion, garlic and bell pepper on the cooking pot and Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the remaining Ingredients including the crispy bacons.
- Secure the lid and turn pressure to have success knob on the closed position.
- Once done; release pressure to ensure success completely and take from the lid carefully. 8- Top with sour cream and serve warm.
