Ingredients :

  • 2 red sweet peppers; seeded and chopped
  • 8 bacon slices; chopped   
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder   
  • 1 small yellow onion; chopped   
  • 4 garlic cloves; minced   
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika   
  • 4 teaspoons ground cumin   
  • 1 (7.1 oz.) cup sugar-free fire roasted tomatoes   
  • 4 oz. sugar-free tomato sauce   
  • 1/2 cup sour cream  
  • Freshly ground black pepper; to taste

Preparation:
  1. Select the *Beans/Lentils* setting for the Power Pressure Cooker XL for a half-hour.   
  2. Add the bacon towards heating pot. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.   
  3. Transfer the bacon to your plate.   
  4. Add onion, garlic and bell pepper on the cooking pot and Stir-fry for 5 minutes.   
  5. Stir in the remaining Ingredients including the crispy bacons.   
  6. Secure the lid and turn pressure to have success knob on the closed position.   
  7. Once done; release pressure to ensure success completely and take from the lid carefully.   8- Top with sour cream and serve warm.
