Ingredients
:
- 2 lbs. beef; cubed
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 3 cups beef broth
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme
- 3 large potatoes; peeled and chopped
- 2 large carrots; peeled and chopped
- 1 (14 oz.) bag frozen pearl onions
- 8 oz. quartered fresh mushrooms
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/2 tablespoons dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
- Combine flour, salt and black pepper inside a very bowl. Coat beef with all the current dry mix.
- Select the *Meat/Chicken* setting around the Power Pressure Cooker XL for 30 minutes. 3- Add the butter and beef for the heating pot. Stir-fry until it turns brown.
- Stir in garlic and cook for that next 1 minute.
- Add each from the remaining Ingredients around the beef.
- Secure the lid and turn pressure knob for the closed position.
- Once done; release the strain completely and take off of the lid carefully. Hit cancel and serve warm.
