Ingredients :
  • 2 lbs. beef; cubed   
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour   
  • 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper   
  • 3 cups beef broth   
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste   
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar   
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce   
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce   
  • 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme   
  • 3 large potatoes; peeled and chopped   
  • 2 large carrots; peeled and chopped   
  • 1 (14 oz.) bag frozen pearl onions   
  • 8 oz. quartered fresh mushrooms   
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves   
  • 1/2 tablespoons dried rosemary   
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Classic Beef Stew recipe


Preparation:  

  1. Combine flour, salt and black pepper inside a very bowl. Coat beef with all the current dry mix.   
  2. Select the *Meat/Chicken* setting around the Power Pressure Cooker XL for 30 minutes.   3- Add the butter and beef for the heating pot. Stir-fry until it turns brown.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for that next 1 minute.   
  4. Add each from the remaining Ingredients around the beef.   
  5. Secure the lid and turn pressure knob for the closed position.   
  6. Once done; release the strain completely and take off of the lid carefully. Hit cancel and serve warm.
