Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup frozen sweet corn kernels
- 1 cup basmati rice; rinsed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons essential olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup frozen garden peas
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 dollop of butter
- 1/2 large onion; diced small
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro stalks
- 1 large clove of garlic; finely diced
- Salt; to taste
Preparation:
- Select the *Rice/Risotto* mode around the Power Pressure Cooker XL in addition to set for 6 minutes.
- Add the oil and onion on the heating pot. Sauté for 5 minutes.
- Stir inside remaining Ingredients except the butter.
- Secure the lid and turn the strain knob for that closed position.
- Once done; release pressure to succeed succeed completely and eliminate the lid.
- Add butter on the hot rice. Let it melt before serving. Serve warm.
